Do you fall into the lot of women who find it difficult to keep track of your periods?
Do you feel it always arrives unannounced playing spoil sport to all your plans?
Did you know that keeping track of your periods is essential to know if all’s well with your reproductive health?
It is a fact that most of the women may not give a lot of thought to their menstrual health. But the regularity of your periods along with the duration, the flow, your emotional health observed during your periods and various other factors will provide you an insight to your health in general.
A period tracker does all of these and much more.
It helps you keep track of your periods, predicts the start of your next period along with giving you a fair idea of your ovulation cycle helping you plan your pregnancies and understanding your reproductive health. Over a period of time, it keeps track of your irregularities, changes in the cycle and analyses the data to provide you with personalized insights and predictions.
Using a period tracker is pretty simple, just ensure you record the start and end of your cycles every month for the tracker to build up a pattern to give you a clear guidance on your health aspects. Always remember that the predictions from a period tracker is not always 100% accurate and hence use it only as a general guide.
